Each session is uniquely focused on what is most prominent for you at the time of your session and weaves together reiki energy healing, energy medicine for rebalancing, and moving massive amounts of energy to support you harmonizing your energy centers, meridians, and enhancing your life force energy.

In this unique two week program, you will receive a 45 minute assessment of what your energetic, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs are through a intake and conversation with Nicole. From here, she will develop a meditation program to fit your unique needs which will include two private 1:1 Meditation Sessions and two recorded guided meditations to call have access to at any time.
