LOVE

The first, and most important core tenant of the YHC, is leading & living from a place of love. This is a lifelong process and journey to dismantle the fear and move from love. YHC members are committed to becoming beacons of compassion, love, and kindness, and realize this begins within. They are willing to walk the road less traveled and take the long journey from head to heart. Ultimately bringing love into every word, thought, action, and choice.

CONNECTION

We believe that connection within is essential for our well being and vibrancy, as well as connection within community. Monthly Matters are designed to connect you with the Quintessential you, as well as having the option to join exclusive remote Member Meetups throughout the year to gather in community and process/ integrate what is coming up for you. We are all walking each other back home, and this aspect of the membership is to build our heart to heart connections. And to practice engaging in community while remaining connected to our center. Being witnessed in community is part of our heart’s healing + remaining open.

AUTHENTICITY

The structure of each practice, resource, and live group provided is to invite you into your own unique experience and relationship with your heart and Soul. In all of our gatherings, we honor the sovereignty of each individual, and welcome ALL walks of life in ALL of the expressions + facets of our selves.

ENERGY WORK

Working with the energy body and learning about + experiencing energetic techniques is at the core of our practices and tools. We aim to support you in becoming energetically proficient and learning fundamentals of energy medicine as well as bolstering your tool box of practices and techniques to call upon.

EDUCATION

We believe Knowledge is Power. When we are equipped with information, concepts, scientific findings, and mystical truths we give ourself the gift of understanding + clear seeing which gives way to wisdom. As we learn more about human nature, the world, and life as it is through our own inner and outer life, we give ourselves the option of choice + liberation. Ultimately creating new pathways for us to travel, and for others to find.

PRACTICE

Because it does take commitment, dedication, and a consistent practice to unlearn and rewrite the way we experience ourselves and this world. If we are to remain soft, strong, and centered in a world full of pain and uncertainty, we must show up again and again. We will practice together in our signature monthly guided meditation and healing practice (Heart Space), and the Virtual Studio is open 24/7 for you to access the practice you are needing in any moment.

PLAY

You will receive guided practices, musings, resources, and tools uploaded to our Virtual Studio + emailed directly to your inbox throughout the year to encourage curious, compassionate play. These are intended to offer different perspectives and pathways to awaken your heart + mind, and to invite you to engage, in a playful way, with the wisdom and nature of your heart center. We believe that you should never take someone else’s word, but see for yourself, from your own experience, the dimension of your heart and true power.

CONSCIOUS ENGAGEMNET

This is all about what drives our engagement with Life and Self and all that we encounter. When we are unconscious, we are missing the full story, cannot see things as they are, and we are perceiving any given moment based solely on unchallenged and unexamined unconscious beliefs + neurosis of the mind. The YHC aims to guide you to more conscious experiences, moments, and choices as you step into who you came to be. Members aim to consciously engage with themselves, others, Mother Nature, and all beings.
